Service Agreement and Payment:

Before commencing any project, a service agreement outlining the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms will be provided to the client. Payment for services must be made according to the agreed terms.
Intellectual Property:

Any materials, designs, or content created by Evolved Media during the course of providing services will remain the intellectual property of Evolved Media unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for their intended purposes.
Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to treat all information shared during the project as confidential and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability:

Evolved Media shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any delays or interruptions in service delivery.
Termination:

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any of the terms outlined herein. In case of termination, the client shall pay for any services already rendered by Evolved Media.
Indemnification:

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Evolved Media from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from the client's use of the services or any materials provided.
Modifications:

Evolved Media reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of West Yorkshire.
